New Assistant Principal for School

From school principal David Smock: Our St. Matthew School assistant principal, Ms. Nancy Kmiecik, is leaving after a long tenure here to pursue another wonderful opportunity in education with IPS that is too good for her not to take. On behalf of Fr. Nick and myself, I thank Nancy for her 13 years of service to St. Matthew and Catholic education and for her leadership as a member of our parish/school administration. We wish her well in her endeavors.

I am happy to announce that Mrs. Mary Beth Keiser has agreed to serve as our new assistant principal. Mary Beth is a graduate of Bishop Chatard High School, has been teaching in Catholic schools for 23 years, and has a Masters in Education and received her administrators’ license in 2015. She also participated in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis’ Catholic School Leadership Academy for formation for future Catholic school administrators this past school year. I know she is excited for this chance and looks forward to working with our entire St. Matthew community.
