Fr. Ron Hoye–Director and voice of The God Minute Podcast–will visit St. Matthew on April 5th and 6th and preach at all Masses that weekend.
In addition, on April 6th, 7th, and 8th, at 7:00 PM, Fr. Ron will lead three evening sessions here at St. Matthew. The sessions are not independent of themselves. It is designed for you to attend all three; together, they make up what is called a “Mission,”–a spiritual renewal. This event is free; a free will offering may be given at the conclusion of the final session if you so desire.
All are welcome! Bring the whole family!
***An American Sign Language Interpreter will be present at the April 8th session.

WHAT IS A MISSION?
A mission is mini retreat designed for busy people; an opportunity to step back a bit, to slow down and simply reconnect our lives with God; a time of spiritual refreshment and invigoration. Something we all need!
WHO IS A MISSION FOR?
Mission is for everyone. It surprises a lot of people how much younger people really enjoy mission. The mission experience is one of story, laughter, reflection and prayer. It is designed to draw us into a deeper relationship
with Jesus–and have a good time doing it. It is an excellent opportunity for anyone struggling in or questioning their faith. For anyone who desires a spiritual boost or spark–that’s just what a parish mission is all about!
HOW LONG IS IT?
Here’s the best part–it’s 50 minutes. We recognize that people are busy and so it won’t go on and on every evening. That is a promise. By the time you leave home for mission every evening to the time you get back–it will be under an hour. A time frame that accommodates even the busiest of schedules.
