Many CYO MusicContestants receiving “Superior”  (the highest) rating

The list above tells just part of the tale.  St. Matthew students succeed both in tangible ways of advancing to and winning championships, but also show tremendous sportsmanship and exemplify what CYO is all .  For example, from a Facebook post from February 7 of this month:

Last night the Saint Matthew Warriors cadet B volleyball team suffered defeat by just a few points in a real nail-biter against the Holy Name Giants. While the game may not have ended the way they wanted, the girls had an awesome time. Before the game both teams hung out together and became fast friends. They even snapped a picture after to document the new friendship! Way to show great sportsmanship Warriors!

And our 2020 Cadet A Boys ‘Basketball team won the City Championship recently won the City Championship, and on February 23 captured what we believe to be the first Archdiocesan State Championship in school history.  Congratulations, Warriors!
