Save the date! Our 60th Parish Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, Nov. 4, at noon with Archbishop Charles Thompson.

 

  • Ground broken for the church and school on Sunday, March 23, 1958

  • Cornerstone laid on Sunday, May 4, 1958
  • First Mass celebrated on Sunday, July 6, 1958
  • Rectory completed in August 1958
  • School opened in September 1958
  • Dedication of parish on October 5, 1958
  • Initial First Communion Class on Nov. 1, 1958
  • First Graduating Class in June 1959
  • Convent was completed in 1959 and enlarged in 1965
  • New addition to school opened in September 1966 (9 classrooms, library, and principal’s office)
  • Sanctuary renovated in the late 1970s
  • Original bus garage constructed 1969
  • New gymnasium (Moriarty Hall) built in 1985
  • New church dedicated on June 21, 1986
